The company is focused on property investment opportunities, development of properties as well as end-to-end property related services in its range of identified markets. The targeted opportunities are a combination of existing buildings as well as greenfield developments.
At present, the company owns Jorissen Place, a building located on 66 Jorissen Street in Braamfontein, Johannesburg with a gross lettable area of 28,000m2. It also owns JD House building, also located in Braamfontein and has a total gross lettable area of JD House building is 13 248 m² and 465 parking bays.
The company is pursuing further acquisitions and currently has an extensive
pipeline of well tenanted and iconic South African commercial properties.
